Supporting information
Report content or request a takedown.
FV Productions accepts concerns about content, identity, privacy, copyright, synthetic labelling and safety. Reports are reviewed against the published asset and its production record.
What can be reported
- Copyright or other ownership claims
- Unauthorised likeness or suspected real-person impersonation
- Privacy or personal-data exposure
- Age ambiguity or prohibited content
- Consent, exploitation or safety concerns
- Missing or misleading synthetic-content labelling
What to include
Provide your name and a safe contact method, the exact URL and brand, the category of concern, a clear explanation, your connection to any rights asserted, supporting links or records, and the outcome requested. An initial report should contain links and descriptions rather than explicit attachments.
How review works
- The report is recorded and screened for urgent safety or rights concerns.
- Access may be restricted while the published asset and production history are checked.
- Relevant provenance, identity, approval and publication records are reviewed.
- The reporter is told the outcome when contact details permit, including removal, restriction, correction or no action.
- Material new evidence can be submitted for a further review.
Immediate danger
This process is not an emergency service. If somebody is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency service or competent authority first, then submit the relevant URL and reference details through the FV Productions reporting form.
